Hey CJ, kinda wondering what was the cable attached to your camera during the shot? is it a high speed strobe synchronisation? i often saw many studio fashion use that cable and i dont know what it is for...

I see he uses 2 cables conected to his camera: one is for triggering the strobe and the other one is conected to the Mac for image view.
