The congestion charge is probably one of the greatest things that has happened this decade. It cuts pollution and also puts money in the bank for public services. And Boris Johnson didn't introduce the charge, the great Ken Livingstone did.
It's a great song by a great songwriter, really. Reminiscent of the great Mississippi bluesmen and the folk Revivalists like Dylan, when they lamented society's curelty.
Here are some lyrical suggests for Mr. Cohen:
"Woke up this morning, got caught by a speed camera . . ."
"How many congestion charges must a man face, before Boris listens?"
Wow, I should watch Noel's HQ more often, the reason why I missed it is because Noel is a bellend but if you're on the show, it makes it worth while. Do a song on Noel Edmonds. lol.

If they treat the people on this show like plonkers, it's because they ARE plonkers.

Excuse me for a second, or twenty, while I'm violently sick.
*wipes mouth* Right. Actually there's more...
*wipes glib of carrot from the side of his mouth*
Now, what the fuck is this? Some sort of Daily Express wet dream?

Altogether now:
Britain has gone bonkers!
They treat us like we're plonkers!
That's why we sing this song cos:
Britain has gone bonkers!

Oh bard of the Daily Mail!
Prophet of darkness.
Destroyer of worlds.
Is political correctness as mad as you or I?
Will you ever write an unwrenched line?
You deserve not your guitar: instrument of the heavens.
Cast it, yourself, and Noel into the fiery Murdochian pit of death.
PS: STOP! STOP! STOP!
