And now they did the gay ass free server transfer and now everyones on the gay ass starsider server. Thats the worst server ever. Bria is the best and no one is on it now. it used to be extremely heavy.

I had an account just for crafting weaponsmith/Armorsmith/Artisan with full +Exp gear. I scoured the planets for months getting the best resources. People from all around came to buy my goods, I wasn't the only person to pay for two accounts either, Back then crafting was worth while. Now its just pointless.

+9000 Played from day 2. They actually ruined the game from the start with the hologrind. It was fun to play until half the people got obsessed with grinding Jedi. Then after CU the other half got obsessed with the same thing. NGE was the final blow. Great job killing a fantastic game SOE

OMG that was SO hilarious I feel his pain and that of others here. I was half way thru the holos (wasnt grinding proffs actually used holos- and i too got Armorsmith on my 3rd one *sigh* halfway thru that the Force Village hit) At first i was like yay dont have to do armor, til i saw the so called holo credit towards the village and started in on those quest to complete INSANE. But even after most left for Wow i hung in til the NGE hit and I too played world of bloody warcraft. SOE can bite it

Ya I unlocked then had to grind some xp made Jedi early CU. SOE really screwed everyone that played Pre-Cu and CU. What is more idiotic is SOE would not change it back and continues to go ahead with a game no one wants to play. Half the servers are populated Starsider is the only full server left. SWG could have been a good game. They should have been happy with 250k players. EVE only has about 50-70k and is doing good. Now the pop for SWG is about 25-40k.

I made 1 jedi pre cu =[ sold it for 400$ and in CU i got force sensitive 4443 and then NGE hit and my Jedi Int. wasnt even considered a jedi in NGE when i started didnt get elder or any credit for the months i wasted on that shit and I qoute "Fuck all the dumb asses that thought NGE up" .

Actually, SWG as a whole might be deserted..too many servers. But it really depends on each server community, there are at least 3 servers where many ppl play, and those are surely NOT deserted.

I unlocked using holocrons (i think I did 28 professions, holos said ws, dancer, musician and merch then unlocked on pikey)and got the old second jedi slot just before the force sensitive patch, I was initiate 4111 just before jedi got changed. I then made it to MLS MDEF about 2 weeks before the CU. I actually quit and sold up then because I hated CU so much. I did have the free trial at NGE and it was just laughable. Since then i've not played another mmog, glad to have the time back now :)
