It DOES matter about the degree in rotation. It isn't a 180 either. It is 360 degrees. You did the whole spin right after you said that. Ahahahaha.

He is, but that's cause he doesn't adhere to the normal degree terms. A 540 kick is a tornado kick where you land on the non-kicking leg; regardless of the degree of your spin.
