how to pick up a bike on a hill

Don't know if the original creators of this video check these comments but...... if you do.

Is it possible that you or someone can create a video to show how to pick up a bike on a hill when the tank is facing down hill and wheels are up hill?

I have done it a few times but it doesn't seem to get any easier. Dragging the front wheel around does seem to help a little but I'm thinking there is a solid technique racers use.

I've dragged the bike so it faces downhill, then lift it the usual way. I agree though, it's PITA when it falls that way you have to lift up a 1000cc beast off the groud!
