I heard many references about the laringean chakra as Vishuddha instead Vishuddhi. Do you know the reason for?

Mantra - HANG rhymes with and phonetically pronounced as Hung

and the "kundilini arohanum" not sure how spell it in our oneness blessing awakening course they said means "the name of the kundilini rising'. Calling the energy to rise up the spine out top of head

@lilce51286 could listening to some music chakras like this causes problems due to kundalini rising if I don't do the meditation on al 7l chakras,I can't do meditation on 2nd chakra because it gives me depersonalization, elixirs and gems for this chakra too
