These aren't walkthroughs. It doesn't describe it in the video description, but if you look at his channel. One of his playlists describes him getting S rankings on hard mode. One of the scoring categories involves destroying objects. So, he needs to shoot the lights.

yeh, that one is kinda subtle.

you can shot oil barrels to make them explode. Cars explode too. Oh, there's a part near a construction where you can shot some beams leaning against a wall and they fall on the zombies. In the mansion there's a part where a licker (or a hunter) jump from the top of some lights; if there are no lights, there's no enemy.
