@stefaef it's a weak steak au poivre by chef sellout here, no question. but he did use the wine in the sauce so the pairing is kind of a no-brainier. also, black pepper tends to bring out tannins excessively, so i think it's hard to fault anyone straying from reds against a steak au poivre...

@mrdumpster which is why wine is not traditionally used :) other alcohol is used instead
