I was hooked to this game the very moment I logged in when 70 was the level cap... the music only added to it. Shame the game died and was impossible to level a full farmed character without botting or going insane

This game was the shit when I joined it like 5 years ago. REALLY fun times. Then bots came.. and then the ridiculous sp grinding... My character is at level 98, and its been over a year and a half since Ive played. I was one of the highest levels on Venice, it was when 100 cap came out. But then they implimented that stupid system where you can purchase tickets for 10 silk and get a sun item if you're lucky. So basically rich people in real life will have the upper hand. What were they thinking!

How ironic, i played Cabal to XD...such a secure game...love it...gonna start playing it again with a couple of IRL mates, should be good fun XD...but we all wanna play silkroad again, we just know its not worth our time at all...no until Joymax, if ever, sort out the population to what has become a Pay to play game -.-
<3 silkroad...such a shame for the population cap ... brought this game down so far for me :(...i have some great memories, can't wait for the private server ive been watching to come out...re-live this amazing game once more!!

@r3nz0ko Its getting ridiculous, i want to play it so bad! Its just so nice to play, really relaxing in the first levels. But i've been looking at rev6, its just crowded 24/7 for the past few months. No chance of getting in to even think about beginning that 7 week sp grind, yet alone levelling...
@aaron5364 The one i am on is neSRO. Still bugs since it's in beta but it's gaining more players, friendly community, SP rate is higher than the exp rate and exp rate is generally quite high . level / skill and equips cap is 110, it has pets , jobbing and the like. Which is good as many don't have anywhere near that! nice community, english is the main language, mostly german / english players. if you need gold just PM me on forum : zulixia or ingame : Nova : )
@aaron5364 the server does not have Euro, it will be implemented later, but that will not be for a while. :) ... also has old job system and old pvp system ^_^ .

I think i've seriously leeched all i can from Silkroad and feel it's time to move on. New games with such as Blade and Soul which i'm sure a lot of Silkroad fans would love as it is the new " no more click skill kill " . I don't want to leave silkroad thinking it's shit, i've quit now whilst i have good memories!
@zairuku Well to be honest with you mate I played silkroad like 6 years ago and tottaly the botters and what have been the GM doin so this week I decided to look for a private server so I found HarukiSRO and to be honest with you.. I'm having 10 times more fun than what I had back there
@6311105 XD i'm sure it is but i've played SRO for 6 years too. I've played ECSRO, SWSRO, Zelos Silkroad ( which has fully working Euro ) . eSRO , cSRO, iSRO, tSRO. And a couple of others. I've really done all I can in silkroad ^_^ . But as I said, with games like Blade and Soul being released which are revolutionizing the MMO, and i'm playing league of legends currently. The only thing that could tempt me is a server with working euro again, but i've done that 1000 times too :P.

I agree that silkroad is decaying.But that was totally joymax fault.
The best example is Cabal Online.
To log in,first you need to enter a captcha image,and same applies when you log out or some instances like when you get to teleport somewhere.
Joymax is just dumb.Joymax only focus in its KSRO,not ISRO.
