@Erufailon42 There are several different ones in the south (Texas, Alabama, Louisiana) & the north east (Boston, New York, New Jersey). There's definitely plenty of variety in the US, but what I've noticed from traveling is that the younger generations tend to have less of an accent than the older ones, particularly in major cities.

People don't realize there are varying British accents, just like there are in America. Not all Brits speak w/ a Cockney accent. =P
