i know you guys are definitely much better than most of the youth players. from where im from, its all about connections and if whether you coaches like you. if they like you, no matter how shitty you are in training, they will still select you for the final team. its pretty sad. as a result, alot of good players get overlooked. and you see average players gettin hyped up. i mean look at Frank Lampard. he's like the handbrake in Chelsea's attacking play. need i say more?
