you're so inspiring! LOTS AND LOTS of hard work you have been doing! and it's already paying off. You should feel so proud of yourself. My grandma was over 400 when she died - and she had a rough go of it for years before that. It's inspiring to see someone brave enough and actually doing something instead of dying in denial like my grandma did. As for the White Castle guy, I don't know who is more baffling - the guy or the attorney that took the case!

65 lbs is a wonderful drop in 3 months
my goal is to quit smoking... that is my main down fall with my health.
