@anpatteet Originele liedjes zijn vaak inderdaad emotioneler, of ze roepen alleszins meer dingen op. Maar ik vond het waardig genoeg.. ;) .. Gecondoleerd voor je papa en veel sterkte! x

@spagettiking: Hi, it's the song from the movie "1492 - Conquest of Paradise" from 1992, which recreates how Cristopher Columbus discovers the New World. It was released to commemorate 500 years since the event. But the original song is sung by a choir and it's in Latin (or some form of invented Latin, as I read). I tried to find a translation for it, but there was none...

Het klinkt zeer goed. Maar toch kan ik me van de indruk niet ontdoen dat de tekst de pracht van de originele muziek verdringt. En omdat de muziek nog veel beter is dan Dana Winners stem, is dat een spijtig gegeven.

@NKismynextgoal Tja, maar die stem is dan weer persoonlijk.. Ik vind in elk geval dat ze er goed werk van heeft gemaakt. De muziek is inderdaad geweldig, maar een spijtig gegeven zou ik het niet noemen, dan verliezen we schijnbaar alle respect voor wat Dana Winner doet..
