I dont see how this could hurt a baby. Their bodies are so light plus they are in water and babies are buoyant because of their high % of body fat and low % of muscle tissue. This is just keeping them upright.
It looks like it's pretty secure and the baby isn't choking. What concerns me, however, is the neck being stretched. Is that something to be concerned about? Would it cause any kind of long-term damage to the neck?
these are extremely dangerous. They should be illegal in the US. If airlines don't even use life jackets made in China, why would anyone use one for their baby? There are no quality standards and they,ll wind up in the dollar stores after the first accidental death, next to the Chinese pet foods that poisoned tens of thousand of animals.
Completely untrue. These neck floats are extremely safe, and would have been recalled long ago. Even if something was to go wrong, a parent should and would be supervising their child to help them. Neck floats cannot suffocate a child and a child's neck isn't able to slip out. As a person who's used neck floats for many babies, I can say these are safer than just dumping your child a bathtub.

To all you ignorant people. Try to raise your kids well before you attempt to police other people on YouTube.
