I'm gutted they are changing the theme tune at the start. It has been a key part of BBC coverage since 1979. The new tune is bland and boring - we need to bring this one back!!!
It would probably help your cause if you could spell simple words such as REVOLUTIONARIES correctly. I realise that this is a novel concept for you, but if you can't at least do that, you shouldn't expect many people to take your petty little bigotries and your paranoid delusions seriously.
I don't why they're making out the 05 election is great it was pretty boring the same for the 01 election as well, the 2010 election will be good though
What a pity we in England were lumbered with yet another Labour government in 2005 even though the Conservatives won the popular vote in England, and under the leadership of Michael Howard of all people!
Blair was leader of the LABOUR PARTY! Labour are more in line with the democrats, for example on the big government issue. The TORIES are more in line with the GOP, unfortunately it doesn't always feel like that with that idiot Cameron in charge.
See I don't think you can compare British and American Party's. America has never had a huge political Labour movement so both the main American parties are right of centre. I'm a Conservative (UK) but v socially liberal so like a Rockafella Republican but I can' t get over the Republicans fascination with religion and guns soo I'm a Tory Democrat and the majority of the Conservative party now would prob be the same
After the 1964 elections when the GOP was smoked by LBJ, the Republicans started a shift from the Rockafeller GOP and towards Goldwater GOP with the heavy focus on the South (the Democrats in 1964 were actually majority conservative Democrats from the South), by 1976 the march was on to turn the South into a GOP fortress...which it has been since 1994.
Well, we did more or less spin off of the UK by declaring independence, no? So there's bound to be some similarities... even if they are 200 years in the making! :D lol (wasn't being too serious here)
The econmy grows best in the UK maninly becuase that is where they capital and the most big buisness is, i am just pointing something out here i am not trying to be smart or anything.
There is a video on Youtube from the start of ITV's '05 election programme which has the exit poll. ITV and the BBC held a joint exit poll that year and it predicted a Labour majority of 66 - exactly what happened.
Yh same, this is one of my favourite elections, it would great if we could have the whole programme on here, the excitment of every seat coming in is just classic ;).
Yes, I guess Labour had decided to throw Rick's tune in the bin, because every time it was used the Tories would win... much of Rick's delight, he's a Tory.
Now they brought it back look at what happened in Glasgow's East End...
Rick, please stop it! I love you, but please let's put an end to it!
Aye, that's the actual exception to the rule, so I guess it was Rick himself who decided to deny any access to his music after Blair's storming victory! C'mon let's have a larf about it!
Not too sure about this arrangement of "Arthur" though...
I watched the whole show along with an American political science student, needless to say she was VERY impressed with the BBC coverage (and the process in general, come to that)

OTHER NEWS - CRIME:
Despite Labour's new election propaganda, there's still a lot of things they do which ISN'T blared from the spin machine.
Labour is riddled with paedophiles, their admirers and backers. No wonder better care is taken of them than British soldiers fighting Islamofascism!

loopy-Liberal, rubbish-spouting Johnathans in real life, keen to defend criminals and lambaste victims.
