Development was done in a wind tunnel and the design is stable well beyond 300 KmPH. Currently there is only ONE in the world. Veyron assembly line, Exelero hand built. I suppose your idea of rare and mine differ greatly. The car is a master piece. Park this and a Veyron side by side and the Veyron would hardly be noticed. Believe that.

@VicmelEpres That's the price of "hand Built", some Rolls-Royce models were extremely expensive in their time, owing to being hand built. Like the Half Timber Morgans. IF this car begins mass production, it's cost will certainly come down. This example was an exorcise in engineering and most of that cost was development. Just as you can buy an off the shelf rifle for thousands less than one of my hand built customs. Custom costs far more. But, you get what you pay for.
