the one problem with being addicted to food as opposed to cocaine, is that you actually HAVE to come into contact with and eat food every day. how do you deal with eating the good foods as opposed to the "cocaine"-like ones?
I really don't think its possible to have JUST a "LITTLE"... just as a drug you can't just have a "little". I think its important to know what foods are your "trigger foods" and to stay away from those foods.
Very good video. I am addicted to sugar or shall I say anything white or whole wheat or anything that has anything to do with starch! I can't just eat a little. When I have one bite of any of it it is all over for me....then here comes the binge!
