Warning if you Run an SFC /scannow the .DLLs will be reverted back to normal and your Theme will be messed up

Web Browser is Firefox, very customized though. To extract a .rar file I would suggest downloading 7-zip to extract the files like a .zip. Just search "7-zip" on google and you will easily find a download for it.
