  • I'm a pianist and a golfer (yeah, i know...) This routine is perfect for both.

  • thanks a lot. cool stuff.

  • Great vid, really useful, no one should underestimate warm-up, even guitarists. But do not forget than these exercises should not been done in a static way. Don't stay too long with a stretched member. You should always stretch, hold a few seconds, relax, stretch, hold a few seconds, relax etc Do it several times for each exercises, that's how warm up is done.

    Good practice ;-)

  • Great! Thanks!

  • great video. i've had issues with my thumb for over a year, I play, teach and do software development. I haven't figured it out yet, from all the chord melody, gripping, so take it seriously guys.

  • @wkriski here's another software developer / bass player with quite stiff hands & fingers :) I probably should stretch my hands more often even when I'm not playing..

  • Great combination of simple, yet effective. I'm happy to see a lack of trolls on this video haha well done and thanks.

  • @AlecW1234 You're poop!!!

  • @ziggmyster55 SIR! I believe it is perhaps YOU, that may accurately be considered to be "poop." I bid you GOOD DAY!
