I have a few questions. What is are Dissolution Clauses and Charitable Purpose Clauses? Can the companies address be your home address? (my nonprofit will just be a website for now.) Are there any costs involved with filing for your Articles of Incrporation? 501(C)3?

Good info and presentation. I have a few minor criticisms, and they come from many years of experience as a member of Toastmasters. You need to watch your ahs, ums, and other stammer words. Also, what's with the table? Do you really need it? It's shoving you to the side of the frame and drawing more attention to your one moving hand. There's also not much of a point in telling the audience that you are switching from the computer footage back to yourself. Better would be a transition effect
