@ncruz531 hey man. thanks for the comment. sorry to hear about the hatefulness. there's altogether too much of that demoralizing energy working its way around our planet. that's why i find peaceful meditation, spiritual reflection and forgiveness so essential in my own life. i don't know how else i could make my way through without totally succumbing to hatefulness myself.

Forgivness makes you less stressed too. Why carry hatred when one can carry love? That will make you happier and more successful.Remember someone who did good and feel happy rather than some one who hurt you and be grumpy...no matter who.
nice. forgave my dada, too. and my ex. only one i wont forgive is that friend of my brothers, put something in my beer, put on gay porn and then i woke up in me skivvies. hope he ends up in jail tossing salad.
My dad is a hateful man and I don't know how I could forgive him, but thank you for your inspiring words, I'll try to forgive him
