shes tried it at the end. but that didnt work out. and i never said she should do it at the end smart one. I said as her seond pass. obviously if she can do a fucking whip triple. she can do a full in second line.
Maybe she does the whip triple second because she can't get it around when it's 3rd or 4th. Both the full in and triple are Es but she gets bonus for the whip triple so that's the better choice if she can only do one.
her triple turn is really inconsistent. I think a double turn in arabesque would be easier for her to learn. I'm not sure about doing the full in as well. she probably won't have enough energy to compete it as her third pass. I agree about the tour jete though.
You guys are obviously confusing what looks to be like a not completed triple to what a beautiful triple is. Its what it looks like when you open and see the groun at a stright body angle. ive seen my twisting and i do it all the time. but i see my feet all the way around. well anyways im pretty sure this was b4 europeans right? cause anna wouldnt water dow her choreo with her tumbling? thats just wierd. :]
I think the triple is just slightly short but only by a little. I have often wondered that if Anna omitted the triple and did the 2.5 to free walkover like she did before. Then there is less chance of her triple been degraded to a 2.5 and her losing critical A score.
Im still curious if Anna could do maybe the double layout from europeans, the full in her, 2.5 to front, double pike! with the leaps and jumps would not make a big difference to Annas a score
I did and I maintain my statement: it was a triple all the way as both her feet are pointing forwards when she lands. And even if she had only completed 2&3/4 twists (which she didn't), there's a huge difference between "almost making it" and "being not even close".
I'm pretty sure that if she doesn't complete it in Beijing, she of all people will certainly not get credit for it. Anna's not known for being overscored...but sometimes I wish she were!
ITA. I still think this is better than anyone else's presentation but when I saw this my heart sank a little bit. I would give a vital organ to see a maxed out routine in Beijing, executed to her capacity, which is perfect. She makes things look ridiculously easy when she does them.
do you think Anna will revert back to the double straight? and if she does do you think she will be able to add both the double straight and the full in into her exercise
I hope so! I liked the arrangement she had at Euros; not only has she watered down the tumbling, but the choreography too! She's still amazing, all the same and has the most gorgeous switch ring in the world!
i think on the switch ring, her back leg is freakin incredible but her front leg doesn't look horizontal; im sorry but what is up with that tour jete full. that was crap
beautiful and elegant.

I marvel over her dance, elegance, & just her overall performance!

If you kind of think about it. The russian coaches are being kind of dumb.
1.She has an amazing full in and should have replaced something in the 2 or 3rd pass.
2.That tour jete if giving her deductions and is being downgraded at competitions.
3. She could replace the tour jete with the leap she did at the end.
4.She also has comepeted a good triple turn tha she could add.
If you do everything like that she gets an extra tenth in her A score and occur less deductions.

The coaches aren't dumb. I don't think she can do a full in at the middle or end of her routine. She's tried it before and not made it.

Anna Pavlova is my favorite since the last quad-she was robbed in Athens in the AA, beam and FX imo. Thanks ever so much for posting this!!

The triple full was one of the best I've seen from her. All the way around!
uwoeric 3 years ago
is true. she always bounces iside.
lulingstone 3 years ago
yeah, now if only she could fix her tour jete 1/2, this routine would be perfect
NewNewNastiaFan101 3 years ago 2
im sorry but the triple was not even close
hammfan4 3 years ago
I'm sorry but you're obviously watching another video. The triple full was completed all the way round, she just took a step forward.
Darkangel127 3 years ago
watch where her left foot is when she lands; pause the video when she lands

Darkangel127 3 years ago
it wasn't totally complete, but it was enough to get credit
NewNewNastiaFan101 3 years ago
the exact moment she hits the ground, her body is facing the camera
hammfan4 3 years ago
the judges don't seem to mind, she's been getting it all year
even at the world cup in Doha
even though those judges were assholes, but they devalued Jiang's triple and not hers
NewNewNastiaFan101 3 years ago
that's strange. the doha one was even further away from being completed. im sorry but i want good judging in beijing
hammfan4 3 years ago
well, like I said, the judges in Doha were morons
they gave He Kexin 7.5 A Score for 7.4 bar routine and Pavlova 6.0 for a 5.9 floor routine
they devalued JYY's triple full, yet gave Deng Linlin her 2-1/2 which was even more incomplete than either Pavlova or Jiang
NewNewNastiaFan101 3 years ago
let it be known that JYY still won floor there even with the crappy judging

True, but she's still way over 180°! The tour jeté was OK, just not high enough.
