@justinjosue053185 In the Touhou fandom, the character Cirno, an Ice Fairy, is associated(sp?) with the number 9, and being an idiot not even capable of basic math. In one of games manuals/booklets, there was a screenshot, and Cirno was labled with "(9) = Idiot"

Cause of this, Touhou fans sometimes use video info, like Time, Likes/Dislikes, Views, and try to math it to a result of 9
