Your video is the best Doctor/Master I've ever seen! You matched the actions and background music perfectly. I was torn between crying over some of the scenes & dancing to the music.
In the semi-canon book "Infinity Doctors" Koschei (the Master) is a friend.
Although the canon in Doctor Who is feeble at its best (which is justified, considering the very large material we have), I do believe it's safe to assume the Master and the Doctor are NOT brothers. Not that I would stop shipping them if they were. It would, in fact, make things even more complicated and, therefore, better.
Anyway, I love this video and it's an oddly fitting song for the Master. Really.

Ianto and her talk about Jack and his love life a little bit and Martha is very excited when they discuss it. She even seems turned on by all of it. Martha definitely loves guy on guy. Huh, I don't remember the Master (any Master) ever getting so angry at the Doctor that he actually resorted to hitting him. I'll have to go back and watch that episode again and see just what the Doctor had said that pissed him off so much.
I've always kind of thought there was something there (before the Master went crazy). They've said they used to be close when they were at the Academy. Even in the old series, they were implied (and stated outright) that they were at least friends.
And then they hired Tennant and Simm and it was upgraded from subtext to, well, this.
These two have the most twisted/whacked/confusing/love-hate/yet completely FANTASTIC relationship ever...and I love it!
And seriously, I would like someone to give me a good argument against the existence of their relationship, because to me its always been quite obvious.
@Girlycard33 Well the sexual element is definitely a possibility, but another way to read it is that the Master is the Doctor's last link to his home, and his last chance for redemption. In the End of Time 2-parter it is finally revealed that the Doctor is personally responsible for killing the Time Lords (in their future, his past). The Doctor wants to 'fix' the Master, to restore the Time Lords to what he feels they were meant to be.
@nackl Yeah I thought about that but really, it fells like more then that. Its more then the Doctor's guilt eating at him, it truly is between them. Like when he said "I wonder what I'd be...without you", that was not said out of guilt or a need for redemption, that was personal. In The Sound Of Drums the Master was totally having phone sex with the Doctor! And the Doctor said to the Master, 'I don't know what I'd be without you'. It's like RTD made Doctor/Master canon, actually, it IS canon!

This video almost manages to make that episode look good, which is a hard sell. I wouldn't have thought that a half decent writer could take the doctor, the master and the return of the time lords in an apocalyptic nightmare and produce something near unwatchable, but somehow they found a way. At least two geniuses involved and the whole thing comes down to a supernatural punch up followed by the longest and more boring half death in history. Has any other doctor ever moped so much?
I am not a Doctor/Master shipper but I think those two had an obsessive relationship which is just fascinating to watch. IMO. I love this video (watches a few more times) ;D

As far as I know, Timelords don't sexually reproduce, so their hormonal-biological-personal connections are inherently different, which raises all kinds of questions. And they already experience a contradictory relationship socially, in that they are both friends and enemies, in addition to having the kinship and history of brothers. I think the only relationship they aren't is father and son. BUT YA NEVAR KNOW.
it's funny, because when i was watching last of the timelords (i think it's that one... i get them mixed up sometimes :P), and there's the part when the Doctor is holding the Master in his arms, i thought, "you know, they'd make a really good couple..." and then i found out there was a shipping for them! made me extremely happy XD

Hey, even if you don't live over here, you can still watch Doctor Who! You can find most of the episodes online - the episode the clips are from, 'The End Of Time' is definitely on YouTube if you want to try it out. I highly recommend that you do!
