This is beautiful, thank you so much. I am just making copies of our Christmas day service at my Church for those who were unable to be there. Would you allow me to add this to the beggining of the cd it would be such a treat for our folks who can not come to Church anymore? Bless you for this. In the love of Jesus our Saviour.
A true gem you've created, my dear sir, a perfect mixture of classical and christmas music. I wonder how it would sound if it was performed by an orchestra.
@louisalit Thank you so much for your comments!! I am so blessed to have been a part of your gatherings and meals! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! :)
In response to that person who doubts my age. You are somewhat correct in that I am closer to 88 years old. Yes, I am an old man and when a young boy I enlisted in the USMC, fought with 2nd Bn., 9th Marines on Bougainville, Guam and Iwo Jima. I know death and loss and sacrifice and courage. I now appreciate, more than most, the beauty in this world and this medley of Xmas and classics is truly beautiful and joyous to the ear.
@extremekid8182 I am so blessed to have been a part of your celebration of our Savior's birth! Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a lovely comment! I wish you and your family a most wonderful Christmas!!!
Is it possible that you might make a CD? I wish you could put your music on a DVD with 5.1 Dolby Digital. I would love to hear in surround sound, your interpretation of the Beethoven sonatas, Bach's "Arioso", Thais "Meditation, Greensleeves, etc., etc. In today's world of rock, rap and hip-hop such lovely music, as only you can play it, would be a real treasure
Life is hard stuff. Thank goodness we have Christmas time to bring some love, joy and tenderness to our hearts, at least once every year. Peace and love to all men and women.
@ximo07 Thank you for your comment! Jesus is the Light of the world.... He came to bring that light to our darkness. May the peace and joy of our Savior be yours this Christmas and always!
Thank you very much for posting such a wonderful medley. I have been listening to it everyday for the past week about 10 times each and have enjoyed every minute.

@Malafky Thanks so much! I love Bach as well! We call the thumbnail "Bach in the bubble". When we edited the video, it inadvertently happened that Bach faded into a Christmas ornament on the tree! :)
Wishing everyone a wonderful christmas and a prosperous New Year 2012, whilst listening to this wonderful compilation enjoying every note and remembering all the good moments and things in life. Life is short, we have to make the best out of it ALWAYS, every minute counts even though at times we take things for granted. Dear LFKirby1 don't worry whether it will be your last Christmas just make the best out of it and be proud you lived through 87 Christmas's you have been blessed and privileged!
I am 87 years old and this could well be my last Christmas. This piano medley of Christmas music and my favorite classical themes brough tears and joy. Beautiful is not adequate in describing it. Beauty and love, perhaps.
@LFKirby1 For those who know the Lord and his unsearchable grace on Calvary, its never the last Christmas. :-) I pray you have the most blessed Christmas you've ever had. Thanks for making me remember that life as we know it on earth is timed, but time is endless being in His court of glory.
@LFKirby1 you must have been witness to some serious changes over the years, i know i have. i try to treat each christmas as though it were my last, its only with age do we learn to appreciate the finer and simple things in life. have a good christmas, we'l exchange messages same time next year?!
This is so amazingly gorgeous. I've been forced to put a medley together for my mother (she doesn't realize I fail at these types of things. Give me the music, I'm set to go but comprise a musical medley masterpiece TOGETHER? No.) I really loved the combination of classical with Christmas and they all flow very well (which I'm sure many of your other fans have said but I had to say it again!) Anywho. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind listing all the songs you've used. Thanks so much!
@kraziiangyl04 I'm with you.... I completely understand! I am working on the playlist as we speak! Stay tuned... I'll have it soon! :) Thank you for your lovely comments!

I certainly enjoyed this. Although it's only August, it's very nice to hear Christmas music at this time of year. You played beautifully, with excellent peaceful pictures which accompanied your very peaceful playing. Thank you.
@enricavillablanca That is... "What Child Is This?", a popular Christmas carol written in 1865 by William Chatterton Dix, set to the "Greensleeves" tune, which is a tradition English folk song... one of my favorites! :)
I've had your recording posted to my blog for almost a month and a half now. I don't want to remove it - so beautiful! I came back here to see if you had another medley of mellow classics, but I do not see any listed. Have you created something similar for "year round?" Also, your choice of photos are perfect. Belated Merry Christmas and a blessed new year!

@tobberman08 Actually, that is a last minute overdub.... we felt the piano piece needed some substance... so I improvised a "string" arrangement on the keyboard that we added to the final mix.
@6:44 what is the name of that song??

@enricavillablanca That is... "What Child Is This?", a popular Christmas carol written in 1865 by William Chatterton Dix, set to the "Greensleeves" tune, which is a tradition English folk song... one of my favorites! :)

I've had your recording posted to my blog for almost a month and a half now. I don't want to remove it - so beautiful! I came back here to see if you had another medley of mellow classics, but I do not see any listed. Have you created something similar for "year round?" Also, your choice of photos are perfect. Belated Merry Christmas and a blessed new year!

Can I hear strings in the background ? How did you do it ?
Thanks again from Germany.

@tobberman08 Actually, that is a last minute overdub.... we felt the piano piece needed some substance... so I improvised a "string" arrangement on the keyboard that we added to the final mix.
