hmm, interesting, the Peco 3 way point is generally quite good. We use them a lot on my mates garden railway with no problems, and I've got one on my railway. What stock was coming off on it? Hornby stuff is generally extremely variable when it comes to wheel back to backs. Standard they aint sadly.

i didn't like the 3 way point i tried use it to save space and make more sidings but it didn't work out very well.
