Are people even trying to make good films any more? You can't just slap together CG, a pretty(ish) girl and what I'm guessing is another comic rip from this guy and get a great film. Come on Hollywood whores try harder.
I'd love to see this movie, but i can't connect with them. Watching a Woman that has an arm as thick as a green bean do these insane stunts which require immense strength etc.. I keep finding myself saying "...right". Now grab a woman that has a good size that LOOKS strong then hey, i'll get into it. but not this..
One of the flaws of this movie is that Emily Browning can't be an action star. She's just too small, not to mention she's REALLY wooden. Abbie Cornish, who plays her co-star would have been a much better choice. She's not butch at all, but I can actually see her carrying a gun and fighting. She even put some emotion into her performance. And damn, she looks good in thigh-highs. ;)
