There is a small hole in your theory: To CNET downloads anyone can upload software, given you're software author. Just like you can upload your program/game to Megaupload, Mediafire, Zippyshare, etc.

3. The results of the video spreading is likely going to be the end of CNET and other download sites. Additional provisions in OPEN will be the result which will make it illegal for you and me, but not for big business.

4. SOPA / PROTECT IP will fail but OPEN will likely pass. I wonder who benefits from that? Google/Youtube?

I will let others send it to the Senators and Representatives. I will be sending it to the judges that ruled against people, and to defense attornies.

Hmmm. There is something very odd here.

I am against SOPA / PIPA and OPEN. and against RIAA and MPAA along with several other organizations. However there is some oddness about the video.

1. Who is this guy that does such a professioanal job on the video and why have we not heard from him before?

2. Why did it just now come out? Congress could have voted on SOPA last week and all the effort put into editing this video would have been wasted.

@kellerr13 Uh? The guy in the video is Mike Mozart. A known Activist against Viacom, as well as the lead guy in JeepersMedia, with videos such as FailToys and other toy-related media. He's a Toy Designer, and reviews old, and new toys by how weird or cool they are. You should look up JeepersMedia on Youtube.

This also just came out now, because the push has been made, and now we have serious time. Now that it's been postponed, we can rally up and have enough people to have this bill shut down.
