I wanna know some inside information and why cp3 really left tennessee and did not play her senior year. does anyone know why?

There's no "inside" to it. Parker attended UT for four years, was injured her freshman year and did not play, graduated and left with her Senior class.

Yes, she had a year of eligibility left but like I stated before, chose to leave with the 2004 class she came in with. Also, playing in the 2008 Olympics was a boost - ya know.

I don't know that lady. all I know is this. tennessee and uconn are supposed to be traditionaly the top wcb programs in the nation correct? all I want to know why a national star that could have probably set every ncaa record and won yet another national championship and have her name carved in stone forever in college athletics forever would just give all of that up. thats all nothing more, nothing less.

it just seems strange to me the no female has ever left a key program with a year of eligibility left. parker could have ended the debate of who the greatest female basketball player of all time was. now, people can still argue that it may be miller, holdsclaw, turassi, or parker.

if parker would have stayed she probably would have had a statue erected in her image. that kind of thing lasts forever long after the wnba money is gone. she could have been an ncaa imortal.
