Some very very good advice

Point 4 is especially important.

If you memorise it wrong the first time it's very difficult to get it right after that - it can even take years.

Surat Al-Qasas is not difficult at all. Nothing is difficult to memorize. The only hardship one might encounter is if they don't review; they'll pretty much forget the entire Qur'an.

When you guys memorize a verse a good way to remember it is to read it in your salah. Don't just read Surah Iklaas for every rakat. Remember, variety is the spice of life.

It's referring to eating habits.

We are a nation who do not eat unless we are hungry. And when we do eat, we only eat until we are no longer hungry. People nowadays eat until they're "full, bloated, stuffed". This isn't the Sunnah, nor is it healthy.

It makes a person lazy both mentally and physically. In order to properly memorize the Quran, one should have strong mental focus.

brother i was trying to memorizing surah yaseen because ahmadiyya muslim that mirza ghulam ahmad written in his book that if u r in doubt that i am not a true mehdi from allah then pray to rakaat namaz in first u read yaseen and surah akhlas 21 times and in 2nd 300 times drood sharif and 300 times astaghfar and 300 times i written this on my page below my name so i was trying to memorizing surah yaseen for that how can i memorize in 2 days? thanks

Remember that the Prophet Muhammad (saw) is the FINAL messenger from God. He is the seal of the Prophets, as Allah (swt) stated in the Quran. The Prophet told us there would be false messengers that would appear after him - do not dare stray from the path of Prophet Muhammad (saw). You will be leaving the realms of Islam and Allah (swt) will punish you on the Day of Judgment, as you have been warned. All of what you stated is an innovation and not from Islam.

If you want to memorize Quran, the first step you should take is come back to Allah (swt) and to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (saw), the last and final messenger. Only then will your chances of memorization increase. Do not doubt - and do not hesitate - return to the true teachings of Islam. Allah (swt) will not bless anything you do or respond to any of your du'aa if you are disobeying Him. Stay away from the Ahmadiyya.

Yes, the Prophet (saw) did foretell the coming of the Mehdi.

But before you blindly accept anyone as the mehdi, you need to know the description of Al Mahdi. For example, his name will be the same as the Prophet's name. Muhammad Ibn Abdullah. The man you speak about is named Mirza Ahmad. If you reject the hadith about the name of the Prophet being the same as the Mehdi - then you already proved to me that you are rejecting Islam and the Prophet.

Secondly, the man you speak of lived and died (1908). Do you not know the description of the Mehdi? He will lead the army of Muslims - I'd love to see you explain why Jesus ('Isa) did not make his second return while Mirza Ahmad was alive? Both of these are based on the hadith of the Prophet (saw) and if you reject them, you are rejecting the teachings of Islam and taking something else as your religion.

Let's see, I've memorized 6 chapters Alhamdulillah, but I have to repeat what I have memorized actually. Because, you know, according to my teacher, repeating the Manzil should be your first priority meaning that don't go rushing that I have to memorize, you have to recite what you have memorized daily.

But Masha'Allah bro, your tips are very helpful and I 100% agree with that. :)

The second tip or third was that a person should memorize for half the week, and review for the other half - because (as I said in the video) there's no point in memorizing if one will forget. Alhamdulillah to hear about your memorization progress.
