Seriously, Amakusa kicks ass as a playable character, but against the AI he just sucks. I mean c'mon, he barely blocks, and eats the full lenght of the combos.
For a character with a cheap counter-all combo breaker, that's lame. I really like the character, but the AI is just bad. Plus Amakusa's defense is weaker than average (as in the original games, where his attack power was increased instead).
Really? I thought all the ss bosses have rigged ai...wait, i only played 2, 5, and 0...nevermind.
anyway, the thing with mugenfied boss fight is that it's either pwning or get pwned...
weren't it for Gouki's high mobility, ability to use projectiles while airborne(extremely rare, possibly unique for sf series), and asura warp, this match could go the other way very easily.
anyway, nice job spamming the screen with your balls and using the supers at the right moment.

well i can just say that the whole KEN-RYU-AKUMA type is overrated...you can beat anyone with those virutally nonexistent recovery times and top priority, high powered moves. I am not impressed...at all.

Among the characters with normal defense and HP Amakusa is one of the craziest, IMO. His attack speed and the mega combos that slaughter a defenseless opponent almost instantly are the real bang! Yeah, as you can see I'm a big (Aku)Amakusa fan. His definitely my fav mugen character, and I possess three different Amakusa's in my mugen game. The only problem with this character is that I haven't figured out how to select him in his fiendish purple-skin mode :/
again, sorry for the screechy sound, if it's too bad then just turn down the volume on here and it should be ok for now. I'll fix it for future vids. I ALMOST had a perfect on this guy in round one lol. Oh welllll. I wonder if anyone noticed that this color scheme for Shin Gouki looks like Super Sayin Goku? From now on i will refer to him as Super Sayin Shin Gouki :D
