thanks for your message! the trick is to think about increasing your intensity. you need to always try and beat yesterday's record...run a little farther or faster...lift just a little more...have a little more smart fluids than yesterday...etc... I hope you get my point...you want to use my method as a framework...then make it fun by selecting the moves that feel right and the foods that satisfy you...but are within the rules..add me on facebook: "ahmad baari"...

If you can commit that amount of time, i would suggest you make your 'hardcore' training more balanced. I would throughout the day fuel and hydrate smart (not just on salad and water) but on smart foods and drinks...each workout session would be split between: balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. The good thing is that if you have the time and energy, then my clips contain all of those elements...lets talk and plan a nice program for you...ok?~ahmad

Ahmad, your abs are blowing me away, WOW! You look very pumped, strong and symmetrical!!! Great job with your training. I think I can do this video with some modification to the clap push ups.
