  • been watching ur vids for awhile. been doing cario for a week now. trying to focus on my love handles and stomach.. im 5'7 109 lbs but i just need to tone up. any advice?

  • thanks for your message! the trick is to think about increasing your intensity. you need to always try and beat yesterday's record...run a little farther or faster...lift just a little more...have a little more smart fluids than yesterday...etc... I hope you get my point...you want to use my method as a framework...then make it fun by selecting the moves that feel right and the foods that satisfy you...but are within the rules..add me on facebook: "ahmad baari"...

  • Want to know a secret? The plyo push-ups can be reached if you practice small easy push -up hops...where you try and explode off the floor...about an inch with hands...use soft surface...then in time throw in the clap :) Proud of you anyway for trying :) and for commenting~ahmad

  • easy... buy your favorite fruit juice and add some to your water. You might want to begin by filling the container 60% with juice and 40% with water. As days progress, work towards 60% water and 40% fruit juice...ok?~ahmad

  • i have an honest question. if i devote 5-6 hours a day on exercise, hardcore, and eat salad...can i lose weight a lot faster..

  • If you can commit that amount of time, i would suggest you make your 'hardcore' training more balanced. I would throughout the day fuel and hydrate smart (not just on salad and water) but on smart foods and drinks...each workout session would be split between: balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. The good thing is that if you have the time and energy, then my clips contain all of those elements...lets talk and plan a nice program for you...ok?~ahmad

  • Ahmad, your abs are blowing me away, WOW! You look very pumped, strong and symmetrical!!! Great job with your training. I think I can do this video with some modification to the clap push ups.
