May i make a suggestion, There is a console code that works amazing with RTS. What you do is open console, click on something like rubble that is in the way, or is an eye sore. and type "disable" it removes it from the game. If you disabled something on accident click enable before you exit console. You can move entire buildings, but i wouldnt suggest disabling buildings, since you have a "hole" in the ground, where you drop through nothingness

@SuperTeHn I dont really know ... I wasnt looking so much ... There are few mods that add good locations ... Search FO3 Nexus ... or you just go around map and look for locations :P

Question: How can you get a working gate in RTS NW version? Which will open and close when activated, if it is possible....

@MargusX1159 You must blueprint another workable gate. I blueprinted normal fence gates (that u can find all around wasteland). I cant remember of any animated working gates around wasteland, except for fenced ones. Those at Megaton wont work because once they open, wont close. You got one at Little Lamplight, too. I think those should work but I never tried.

I used building near Grayditch, but you can use any building in wasteland (they all look almost same, just on other locations)

it is called "mod" ... you can get lots of interesting mods like this on page called Fallout 3 Nexus, and its ONLY for PC

I made this with old RTS ... U werent able to do many things...but with new one u can do anything beyond your imagination.

Dude I love RTS. You should know that I found the perfect spot to build a fortress. Go to the radio station North of the Rosevelt Academy and you got an easily defensible location. My castle has over 3000 sandbags and groing.

Nice place you've made, like the concept of having sandbag walls to replace the destroyed ones. The stairs that you've placed there, couldn't you put the metal stairs in like the one you find in the barracks of paradise falls? I don't own the program you used as i play fallout 3 on the xbox 360. Plus isn't the main gate a bit big? Couldn't you put some sandbags in to minimise the space a bit? Sorry if i sound like im moaning its just an idea i've had = ]

Stairs is from the storage building "A Stair" its called, if your talking about the walls, he blueprinted them from megaton (Hold B) not everything can be blueprinted.

You can use any demolished pre-war building...they are all over east side of map...this one is not far from Grayditch...
