Thank you! To make the hole I used a Crop-a-Dile II that I bought at Michael's, I used a 50% off coupon and got it for under $20.00. I did not finish the earrings, but I suppose you can use a spray lacquer to finish it.

Oh also.. do you finish the fabric with anything to make the earring last? If they got wet I am afraid the stiffner would melt.

I am a shopper in the remnants bin at our local fabric store. What's hilarious is that I normally shop there for material to make my dogs things to wear for the winter. Well, I was in there & saw this awesome fabric & knew I wanted to make some earrings. Thank you for the tip with the freezer paper. Watching your vid made my tough project REALLY simple.
