  • Well, after the motor cooled back down I tried it again and it worked fine. It flies very nice. Just remember to NEVER turn the tx off before you unplug the battery.

  • This plane quit working before I could even get it off the ground, I was testing the motor and put it to full throttle and worked fine. Then I turned off the radio and the motor started twitching and the plane started smoking. Luckily I unplugged the battery before it caught fire.

  • I maiden the IcanFly today with 2 flights, only my experience as a pilot saved the plane on multiple occasions because the wings are so damn flexible. I've added a carbon fibre rod across the entire length of the wing but for a RTF out of the box aircraft don't bother.

  • This thing flies really well, I've tried a vertical climb, it stalled 8ft above the ground, and I could recover it. Too bad I later smashed the motor mount...

  • I think my friend would enjoy this alot more then the super cub lp by hobbyzone. Personally i prefer to learn on Brushless power.

  • Love the plane video, Ordered mine and the put the plane cost @ $33 on the shipping notice which customs won't believe , so mines currently stuck in customs... Paid via paypal no problems but no itemized bill and other items arrived in separate package, so my invoice I had to send to customs is more than the plane is worth, Which is MORE cost to me again.

You can make it up to me by specifying the exact canopy dimensions so I can mock up the FPV camera rigging unit.

  • What a Great Little plane and so easy to build, I love mine !!

  • i understand its ok i just dont understand how it can be checked but still not work at all. i'm not that mad about having it sent back and stuff but the inconvenience, cost of shpping it back, and all the unanswered questions. i just want my totally awesome Dynam " I can Fly".

  • If you item was damaged during shipping we can file a claim and get another one shipped out to you asap. Please try to post your problems on our forum, CRM section. Andy will answer all your questions and provide you a quick solution

  • well idk if it was cuz of shipping. i think it was the crystal or reciever personally... servos made a squeak when i plugged battery in so servos and battery worked but motor had no response. idk if it was shipping. could be cuz it was raining alot in LA past week.

  • lol... its so dumb i payed 122 for this plane and all and it was defective....... it cost 45 dollars to ship it back. 100 bucks for it on raidentech, spent about 167 on it so far and i dont know if the new one will work... basically we got scammed, lost cash, and we hate ur service for returning. no redemtion for returning packages??? really customer service ??? sad.

u seem to send lots of defecitive planes out eh? nice scam u gt going there dip. crap u.

  • We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are merely the providers of these aircrafts. The manufactures has provided that all products were quality checked before shipping. Defective products are rare and can cause headaches to return. Please visit our CRM (customer Relations) on RCDISCUSS . com we hope we can resolve any problems that you might have

  • the angle would be down and to the right. there is nothing wrong with that

  • Teddy will be on rcdiscuss . com, You can post on the CRM section (Customer Relations). We hope we can come up with a solution for you

  • @seattle0002 The plane will not fly if the engine is straight, the 1 degree down and 3 degrees right mounting gives the plane the proper thrust. Never mount an engine in any plane straight.

  • @Jefferydonkeith The engine shaft is supposed to be slightly right, never straight......

  • @seattle0002 Sorry to say , but if that propeller was straight the plane would not fly.. This is the first rule of learning RC Plane aerodynamics........that 3 degrees right thrust needs to be there....if you take it out of ANY plane, it will not fly properly. Trust me.

  • @seattle0002 you are just trying to take down a provider because of getting a problem with your package. I bet you wouldn,t write more than 2 lines if you got the package in great shape

  • Can you please tell me what your initial reason for returning the plane is? Can you also give me your order # so I can check the history of your calls? We really try our best to satisfy our customers and we do care. If not, I would not be on here. I hope to hear from you soon.

  • I'm sorry to hear that seattle. Our policy is that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs because many people have tried to scam us. Some people would fly the plane or helicopter, crash it, then ask for a refund and expect us to pay for the shipping. We are able to provide extremely low prices by protecting ourselves and preventing scams from happening. I hope everything works out for you.

  • I guess that's not fair as you punish the good buyers for something bad buyers do. But come on seattle0002, that's the common practice by every internent firm.

  • They are just resellers not manufacturers, plus why apologize and explain since they don't make it and probably as innocent as you are??? Just be fair

  • I love nitroplanes they r such a great COMPANY!!!!

  • Thanks!!!

  • I think they run about 99$ now so it sounds like a good deal but i want to see more reviews before getting it

  • It's very inexpensive and you'll most likely be happy with it, especially because you're not paying an arm and a leg for it. Hopefully one of our customers who has bought this plane will review it, but I doubt it. Most of the reviewers I know likes to review the more expensive products.

  • thats very helpful thank you

  • You're welcome. Another place you can get information about this hobby is rcdiscuss . com and rcdiscuss . com/blog. I manage the blog and always have the latest updates and sales there. -Teddy

  • if anyone has owned this plane would you please tell me how you would rate it cause i am thinking of getting it but i want to know how people like it first

  • I know I work for nitroplanes . com, but I can be completely honest with you and I think it's a solid plane. I don't think there will be any video reviews of this plane though.

  • Okay thanks that is very helpful

  • if u want to buy it, go burn 150 dollars rite now.

  • @TheHiddenmagician so sad, mine was perfect out of the box.

  • jumping jehosephat i wont quit obsessing now till i got one of these 4 channel outrunner lipo 11.1 Dynams in my grubby mitts $119? CHEEP!! ailerons!? um, hello? aunt Minny? heres my Xmas list

  • And FYI 941359, electric aircraft have been pushed into the 250 mph range before- last time I checked glow planes were barely able to surpass 200mph.

  • ya i rather have a gas engine than a little 20 dollar toy although i have seen an home made electric plane and electric engine be flown and it went 110 miles per hour the person who made the plane made the engine out of a CD Rom motor and he rewinded the magnets in it to make it more powerful

  • @0 dollar toy? Dude, fuck off. These aren't toys. I converted my SIG Rascal .40 glow to electric, and ontop of it being lighter, it flies BETTER not like shit like it did with the weak as hell .40 glow. You don't know jack shitabout electrics, so stop making up bullshit about something you don't know shit about.

  • are dynam a gud brand of planes for learners?

  • I started planes and heli with Dynam and I didn't like the product quality and flight behaviour of both. A little Cessan also is not something you will keep flying once you are more advanced, while a Multiplex EasyStar you can upgrade with Ailerons and use it for applications like FPV or flight videos.

  • Electric is better than glow any day of the week.

  • amazing plane!!

  • how long can u fly at full charge of battery.

  • id guess an average of 10 minutes. thats the average flight time for all electerics.

  • no spare parts list? I'm too new to not need parts. Sorry!

  • song

  • nice plane.. brushless motor included too! i like it. i might look into tpurchasing this plane in the future..

  • i like it. it looks pretty durable and easy to fly.

i will have to look into a purchase,
