36W? I'mm sorry but that's just not happening. You're just assuming that because the motor was made for running on 36V, it'll put out 36V no matter what. But that isn't the case with permanent magnet generators. Try hooking up a volt meter at the same time as you put a load on it and you'll see what I mean, the voltage will fall right down to nothing if you short it like you did.

Could you run another turbine (do you have one yet) in series with this one? The output of one turbine going to the input of the next. I would like to see combined efficiency if you have the motors and time to test please :) :)

I would think this would only have to be scaled up to provide power for only one house. Then each hypothetical house has one along with an appropriate sized solar powered steam generator to provide the steam. Obviously, that is not a complete and total solution for decentralized home power generation, but you get the idea.

Firstly the hardest bit of industry is scaling up prototypes, this is why in theory there are hundreds of solutions to problems with CO2 production, but to scale it up is the main issue, and this needs to be done for any type of energy production for more than one house.

Secondly as someone pointed out for larger engines it really needs steam which is how pretty much all power stations run in the first place, hence problem not solved.

If you ever read the Kyoto Protocal report you would understand that "Global Warming" is a myth being perpetuated to deindustrialize the west and transfer the wealth generating capability to "developing nations". These "developing nations" China, India (these actually produce far more CO2 that the US), all of Africa were completely exempt from any CO2 limits.

Taken from the BBC site: "Mr Justice Burton said he had no complaint about Gore's central thesis that climate change was happening and was being driven by emissions from humans. However, the judge said nine statements in the film were not supported by mainstream scientific consensus." That is a big difference from saying the whole film is propaganda. Burton is the high court judge who made the ruling.

@SourdoughMusk Have ou been keeping up with recent admissions? The summer before last the group estimating Arctic Sea Ice discovered an error with their sattalite instrument. After recalibrating the data to remove the fault, they realized they were underreporting Arctic Sea Ice coverage by an area twice the size of California.  This turned vanishing sea ice to expanding sea ice

Just a test of application. The turbine is focus for now, generators are a basic and really depend on steam pressure when going to bigger pulley. I am working on a clam shell type stator to close in on a magnetic rotor right on the shaft on output side but have to increase disk size to 17-30 first then the wieght of magnets will be less than disks combined on shaft.
