Please do not ever feed your dog grapes or rasins! One could kill a dog of that size. Some fruits will cause hypercalcemia. Even if the dog does throw it up, the kidneys die from grape poisoning, and the dog will die 24 hours after total renal failure.
To be safe, you should never feed your dog any type of fruit or jam, nuts, or chocolate.
