yes, the original ts-808 is very "soft", have too much frequency. For me with the stratocaster is the best overdrive. The ts-9 (modify into ts808) is too hard , "cold". Mabye you can't hear the difference, if you try to play with an original ts-808 you are with me. I'm sure!! Thank you guy. BY
