I was born in Abkhazia (Georgia) as did my Father and Grandfather, my Great Grandfather escaped the massacares and went to Georgia.

We moved to Armenia in 1980's, and now in USA.

If you were to ask me know who I am I will say.

I am Zohrab a Hamshentsi Hay from Georgia, my Great Grandfathers letters and writings tell me that and tell me never to forget who I am.

To my Hemsin brothers in Turkey, I accept you as my brothers without conditions or judgment.

My brother, you must not judge or impose on the Hemsin/Hamshen your opinion strongly.

Until we moved to yerevan I had never met an Armenian, only our people villages and friends in Abkhazia.

Yes we speak an old Armenian dialect, but our brothers in Turkey have developed their own unique indentity.

Offer your hand in friendship and brotherly wishes.
