Why aren't you using AA at such a low ass resolution with Quad SLI? Im using 4X AA at 1920X1080 in Crysis with everything on Very High and Still Manage to play at 30-40FPS Average.

At least spend $250 of that budget for a quality 1920x1200. The quad sli scales poorly at the low end resolutions. Crysis looks a lot better with 1920x1200 and 16xQ

that's not true, I run crysis on High with a 2.33 Ghz Dual core, 2 gb of RAM, and a simple 8800 GT. I only manage to get around 15-35 fps though, depending on the environment.

Very very unlikely that you will get 226 FPS in Crysis. You CPU is the bottleneck in your system. With a l Core i7 965 Extreme you would be able to reach that FPS. But now, no way!

Crank up the AA and you'll see the 9800 GX2's Vram cripple your frames. Thats why I traded my 9800 GX2 quads for 285 GTXs sli.

I can crank up 16XAA with out lossing anything more than 1-3 frames @ 1680x1050

on the contrary, the hard drive is responsible greatly for loading times of ANYTHING. from windows boot to crysis load time, it's all heavily dependent on the hard drive. Im a person who thinks before i say something, and guess what, i did this time too, I THOUGHT OF IT. so please know that when this video was made, that the game is located on a 640GB 7200 rpm drive that is HEAVILY fragmented. anyone who knows about computers knows that when you have a fragmented drive load times are increased.
