I realize what a couples chart is. I realize what you do with them. What I'm asking is there is no point to having those be 64th notes. Where, musically, does the song call for that kind of rhythm?

The 64ths are used in order to try and make a different chart for the second player so the players no whose arrows to his. The song is also synched a little early to make it only 128th off for each player.
