The plotting of this show is just a mess. Season 2 remedies Season 1's problems by giving us a more tangible storyline, but the V's motives are either never fleshed out enough, or just plain unconvincing. To create suspense in that way is just cheap. I know quite a few people are beefing about the soul bullshit too, which I wouldn't mind if the writing were in better hands. We'll see if tonight's episode gives me a little faith.
