I had a horrific accident on I 95 this past summer which total my car. I'm lucky to be alive. State Farm was on it as if I was in one of their ads. Maybe service is a little different agent to agent, but I was placed in a rental the next day, my car was picked up by their tower and my claim was processed free and clear in less than 11 days. Under 3 weeks I was in a new truck. Thanks State Farm. P.S. my rate DID go up another $30.00 but if I go accident free for a year it will come back down:)
