  • Looks like your backs arches a bit more, and get that KB over your head, include those shoulders in the excersise.

  • That looks quite dangerous and stressfull for the back. Not to mention the weight swinging straight to your balls ;) Instant knockout if you're not carefull.

  • @LeJo82 yep, I did this with a dumbbell and it caused my old back strain to flare up. So if you have any kind of back problems be careful with this!

  • Yuri please do more kettlebell exercises. i've been doing mma,muay hai and Brazilian jiu jistu for about a year now and i only know 3 exercises including this one.

  • i showed these to my gym buddy the other week after seeing them in another video, he is extremely fit, I.E. he's a cross country runner, rugby player, weight lifter etc, he was dying because of these, they are really intense, cheers for sharing :D
