  • Are these good for metal at all?

I'm looking for a new hi hat but I'm not looking to blow $300

  • How would you feel about two 16" wuhan thin crashes for a high hat pair? i need something big and beefy.

  • Hurry up and hit the ducking cymbals

  • Hey I was wanting to know what you thought on an idea of mine. I am wanting some hi hats from Wuhan, but really like bigger ones (15" is my personal fav) I was wondering if I bought two 15" crashes and used them for hats, how do you think the sound would be?

  • @KaoticMentality i don't think it's impossible, but a lot of work. You'd have to find somewhere with lots in stock, and play the mix n match game with different weights untill you found something you liked. Also not sure if a crash's hole is big enough for a clutch, never thought about it

  • i wana see the face behind that voice.

  • I take it even though you are an authorised dealer with Wuhan.. you cant ship Internationally?

  • im definitely getting these

  • Kramer?!?!?!

  • arent there any 6 inch splashes?

  • these hats so a fuck of alot better than my Zbts, thanks for the review :)

  • you sound like johnny knoxville lol welcome to jackass hahahaha

  • Your using Steve gadds aren't u

  • nice

  • hey

ia the new traditional series the same like the western style series?

    where can i get them?

    thanks

  • Wow. What I really like about these is they remind me of the zildjians from the 70s. Those were always the best sounding cymbals to me, new zildjians just don't sound right.

  • @musicajuro We have said it time and time again, For Cymbals in their price range you can't beat them. For $90.00 Buck's these make an outstanding second pair, back up Pair or Primary pair. I use a remote HH and use My Wuhan NT series playing against my primary Sabian AAX Stagehats. You'd really be surprised how well they hold their own...............T

  • im thinking about buying the 16" china sounds fucking amazing for such a good price and all the other wuhan cymbals sound awesome

  • @MrXxReillyXx We agree Bro, For the money and in their price range we don't think you can beat them. FYI we are an Auhtorized Wuhan dealer and have pretty much everything in stock. Thanks......T

  • @ILDUCE61 redneck

  • why do wuhan chinas have in very big bold writing WUHAN then everything in the new traditional serias has in very small hardly even noticable writing wuhan?

  • @acdcjonnyboy Wuhan has changed the logo on the NT cymbals to a smaller non-descript logo. They Have decided not to change the logo on the Chin'a.....................T

  • @ILDUCE61 why'd they do that? do you know?

  • @acdcjonnyboy Wuhan had gotten feedback from some dealers that on the new Trad's the logo should be smaller an a little unobtrusive. Perhaps so guys with pre concieved ideas about Wuhan westerns would get turned off right away ? That last line is my own thought.................T

  • @ILDUCE61 oh, wicked thanks! i was just wandering why thats all cheerz!

  • @acdcjonnyboy Yeah pretty sure that it. When I got freinds over and I'm playing them they ALL like them. When they get close and see there Wuhan there usually taken back......................T

  • @ILDUCE61 haha i dont like people like that, only care about the name on the cymbal if its not the best name brands they don't wanna know . they do my head in haha!

  • @acdcjonnyboy Bro ALOT of people are like that. One of the reasons the entry level Cymbals from the BIG3 sells so well is younger drummers have to have that well known brand name on their Cymbals. If they really took the time to compare what's out their they'd all be using Wuhan NT's. It doesn't help older drummers with pre concieved notions about Wuhan steer these impressionable newbies towards the BIG3 products. That's why were here to provide a counter nalance to some degree.................T

  • @ILDUCE61 yeah people like that do my head in! im a young drummer and i go for the sounds that i like, not the bloody name on the thing! sorry im going to go off on a massive moan in a minute so i'll just shut up now haha!

  • @acdcjonnyboy Don't shut up !! this is what I started this channel for so people could express their opinions. I will say for a younger drummer it's nice to know some of you appreciate the sound of a cymbal and not the name stamped on it !!!...............T

  • @ILDUCE61 it makes me soo angry though it's all about image with them they don't care at all for what they're actually hearing as long as they have the best names on there cool with that, it just doesn't seem, right if you know what i meen, i would be really unhappy with cymbals i don't like i can't see how anyone would like to do it!

  • @acdcjonnyboy Bro,that's a very common consumer trait in any field. You know people gotta have Dolce&Cabbana, Hugo Boss,Sketchers that's why companies pour tons of money into nuilding a brands name.Unfortunately Drumming is the same. There's guys who will only play Brand X and that's it. I have a freind like that, He only plays Zildjian Custom A's and K's that's it. He admitted he was "surprised" by the New Wuhans like the Silken & Dirils but won't play them He says they gotta have a Z on them T

  • @ILDUCE61 yeah same! it like, all my friends who are drummers all have sabian and zildjian cymbals, yeah they may sound okay but there are cymbals out there where you'll prefer the sound are they're much cheaper! i don't see any logic in it? it annoys me so bad haha by the way how do company like sabian and zildjian get people to be so loyal to them?

  • @acdcjonnyboy Those companies have been around for a long time and have built up a loyal following. They make good products and advertise a lot. Now they use their entry level series to get ya comming right out of the box. It's a combination of all those factors that contribute to their following.............T

  • @ILDUCE61 oh! okay thanks mate! its still wierd how everyone sticks with them and doesnt trust any newer brands...

  • @acdcjonnyboy It's herd mentality. That's the whole reason for our companies exsistence. To highlight and show off the "OTHER NAME BRANDS " For less than $100 bucks everyone should own a set of these they are great.

  • These are Great i just loooove the stick sound, ima Get me a Pair ive got some old paiste Hats Atm and im really scared im gunna damage them soo ill get my self some off these :D

  • @MotorheadDrew Good Choice Bro, For $90 Bucks how can you possibly go wrong ? I use a dual HH set up ( one remote ) they are absolutelt kick Ass on that. Just for the Hell of It when somebody stops over I'll play both hats ( my main hats are Sabian Axx Stage hats ) You would not believe how many people ( especially non Musicians ) say the Wuhans sound better. I also do that with my other Cymbal too. But honestly these are great HH's, Just an excellent value. When your ready so is C & S .... T

  • @ILDUCE61 Thats amazing man, under half the price and just as good , ill giive you a email when im ready to buy man Cheers , have a good christmas :]

  • @MotorheadDrew The NT HH's are just an excellent buy. They sound great and look great too. I use a dual HH set up , My Mains are Sabian AAX, My secondary ( I use a remote) are the Wuhan NT's. I always ask freinds when they stop by which they preffer, you can't imagine how many people tell me the Wuhans it's almost funny. I thank you in advance for your business. Just let me know when your ready. I'll be here........T

  • Theses are some of the BEST sounding cymbals I have ever owned!!!

Listen to T man.. If you are on the fence with the New Trads.. take it from me..

I've been playing 35 years and the New Trads are freagin' awesome. getchoo some!!!

  • @stix4Him You should come work for Cymbals & Snares bro !! These New Trad HH's are like a sore dick you can't beat it. For $90.00 there's just not a btter sounding or looking pr of hats on the market. They preform far and above their price tag. Just a really nice Cymbal and a very user freindly price. T.

  • @ILDUCE61 Yep...save for the sore wiener thing.. they are fabuloso!

  • @ILDUCE61 "These New Trad HH's are like a sore dick you can't beat it."

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @pepperSTP You liked that one huh ? I can't really let go and really be me, Believe it or not youz guyz are gettin the censored version of me. I gotta remember Our viewership goes from little kids to old woman ( grandmothers looking for that perfect gift for their grandson/granddaughter) I gotta keep that in mind. T.

  • i have seen the wuhans and dam i love that

but i want to see and hear the Wuhan BLACK china cymbal. When will post it up, or at least send me the link to listen to it?

  • @jesse17ful It will be up today or tomorrow Bro, T.

  • @ILDUCE61 kool thanks

  • @jesse17ful I try to be as helpful and honest as I can be. T.

  • @ambnem Well bro your in luck, We are an Authorized Wuhan dealer. We Have every Wuhan Cymbal they make in stock. Just click the link to our store or type it in. We'll do you right. T. cymbalsandsnaresDOTCOM

  • These sound great.

  • @xxpbdudexx That's because they are. They out preform HH's that cost a whole lot more. For under a $100 a pair these are just a great value. I use them on my remote HH stand. They are really nice and considering the cost an absolutely fantastic deal. T.

  • @ILDUCE61 I'm definitely buying some to replace my B8 Pros.

  • Man this video makes me sick. I paid over $400 for my Paiste Signature Heavy Hi-Hats and I really love the sound of these just as much. Are these durable though?

  • @TuckerWeems94 They are very durable. I have used them as my right sided ( remote) Hi-hats for a year. I always say Price is not nessacerily indicitive of quality. Wuhan has come a long long way with this New Traditional series line. The quality durability and consistency have been improved massively. At less than $100 a pair these are a steal. T.

  • So I was looking these up, and I saw one website that offered these ones, and also a wuhan rock series, what exactly is the difference, and if possible, could you make a video with the rock series? thanks

  • @cannibalcorpse135 The "Rock Series" generally are much heavier Cymbals than the new traditional, Wuhan's current series. Wuhan has discontinued it's rock series some time ago. We do have several Rock series video's. Just look through our video's and you"ll find them. We can"t make any more because there's none to be had. I have a 20" Rock ride that is fantastic. When ordering the Rock series just make sure the company still has them in stock. T.

  • Thank you so much dude.

  • @ZZBigg No problem bro, Not exactly sure for what. Remember We are an Authorized Wuhan dealer For what it's worth. ZZ did you subscribe to our channel ? We'd love to have ya. be good my fellow Drummer. T.

  • love ur accent bro wish i had to do it in school lol rock on :)

  • @elkittys1234 Rock on bro !! rock on !! Glad you like da way I tawk youz guyz from the otha side of the country always get a kick outta jersey accent. T.

  • @elkittys1234 Rock on bro !! rock on !! Glad you like da way I tawk youz guyz from the otha side of the country always get a kick outta a jersey accent. T.

  • @jcs2000ful Well that was a better rebuttle than I thought I was gonna get. But where was my playing so poor , I'm not mad just more curious. T.

  • How does this line compare to Paiste 2002's and are there more crashes on the way?

  • @kevrod71 To be honest Wuhan's are entry line plus. I don't think the 2002 are, I think they're above that. But let your ears and wallet decide. T.

  • Comment removed

  • hey T

i bought my first drum set a couple of months ago

and my hi hats and ride/crash sound horrible !!!

and i just want to ask you something, should i buy the wuhan traditional series

or save save up for a zildjian or something

    please reply

    thanks

  • @hachi9992jrn Man you ask the tuffest question I can get asked, Well I have been thinking about iy all day. I actually got up from bed to answer your question. That is something your gonna have to decide. If your pies are unbearable than get the Wuhans. Just breeze through what other guys have to say about them. Saving up for Zildjians or whatever isn't a bad idea either. Just check out what guys who have purchased them have to say and then nake your own descion. What line of Zils u looking at T

  • Hey T,

Should I buy these, for some Sabian B8 Pro Rock hats 14"?

  • @JDRUMMER95 I Think Wuhan's NT series are the best entry level cymbals out there. We've made a second HH video where I play them open to give you a better feel for them. B8= sheet stamped B8 alloy. Wuhan= hand made hand Cast B20 bronze. Gotta give the edge to Wuhan.---- T

  • they sound great but i still like my meinls

    i like wuhan crashes though

    would you recommend them ?

  • @zozarbuddies111 Yes I would and That's drummer to drummer. Not a retailer to customer. But you already said you liked them. To add a different sound or sonic signature to your set up I would absolutely add them. You also have to remember Wuhan's are inexpensive. So if you wind up hating them your not out alot. My Wuhans are along side of my Zildjians Sabians ,Sillkens and Dirils and they sound just fine.---- T

  • this hihat have a lovely sound :)

  • I just bought 4 new Wuhans - 14 " hhats, 16" crash, 20" med ride, 10" splash (all traditional). Nice crisp sounds with the ability to spread across the whole gamut of drumming styles. Love your work T.

  • @mattgroove07 Glad we could be of service. You got a real nice selection of Wuhan's. Just letting you know We are an Authorized Wuhan dealer. Perhaps next Wuhan purchase you can consider us ? Either way it's cool we put these video's up to help everyone no matter where they shop Thanks for your compliments and good luck to you with you new Wuhans.--- T

  • How ya feelin Buddy! I think I`m WUHAN MAN FOR LIFE!!!!

  • @furptak Much better bro thanks. I'm back at the helm of C & S and we are looking foward to the future. I have said it once and I will say it again Wuhan is probably the most underated Cymbal Brand today. Alot of guys say the same old crap they hear in the forums about what Wuhan use to be. The company has evolved and continues to evolve producing better and more diverse products. They are a great value.--- T

  • LUV YOU MAN!!!!!

  • @furptak Back at you bro ! I said it before welcome aboard and glad to have you aboard. Spread the word to you freinds we got room.--- T

  • open that damn thing more!!!

  • @imhated22 I think were gonna do another video with them open a bit more.---- T

  • @imhated22 ...sorry T,I have to agree...lets hear them PUPPIES SING!!! I `m gonna buy em anyway...probably not within the "sale" parameters though...gotta wife and Baby...and she`s GONNA KILL ME FOR the RIDE and CRASH I just bought...as cheap(or in-expensive) as they were...;)

  • Dang, $90? For beginner that really is cheap. :) They sound decent for the money.

  • @WhenxChristxReturnsx They really are a good value, Nice sounding and absolutely great looking. They make a great serious first HH or for guys like me ( Hobbyist, semi-pro ) they make an excellent secondary HH. I use mine on my remote HH.--- T

  • @ILDUCE61 That's cool :) Yeah, they really do sound good for beginner hats. I really like their finish, very shiny and colorful. I've heard that one reason Wuhan cymbals are so cheap is because they break easily, but even if it's true you really don't have to worry about that with hi-hats.

  • mickey rourke making videos about cymbals?

  • @mariandrummer Everboby's a funny man

  • Only if you played them open a little longer, but i am actually thinking of buying these. Sweet quality!

  • @nickgt30 Nick I've said it several times in this thread for $90 they are out standing HH. All hand made from B20 bronze with a drop dead gorgeous brilliant finish. I use a double HH set up and I use my Wuhan's on my remote HH. Wuhan did a really nice job on this series of Cymbals. Although considered entry level cymbals, I think there more than that. Our store re-opens at the end of the month. I actually had surgery today and the company is moving so were out of comish for a few weeks T

  • His voice at first cracks me up :D

  • How do they hold up?

  • @Catagator Welcome to the Channel Cat. These are well made cymbals. I emphasise this time and time again don't judge these Wuhans by the price. These will hold up just as well as anything from the BIG3. Like any piece of musical equipment take care of it and you should get years of use out of these.

  • i have pearls=/ i need to get some of these!

  • @canadahockeyteem Thanks for stopping by canada did you subscribe or put in a freinds request ? We want you too ! Just to let you know we have them in stock and ship worldwide. What's really nice about these hats first their $90.00 how can you beat that ? Down the road when you upgrade get yourself a remote hi-hat and you can get a second life out of these. T

  • I'm 13 and in a band. My friend knows a guy who can help us record... And I need some decent cymbals...would you record with these in my situation?

  • @ucla420 I don't see why not. I'm currently using the HH as my main HH and my sabian stagehats as my secondary ( remote) hh. Being 13 I assume money is probably an issue. I've said it many times IN MY OPINION these are the Best entry level cymbals on the market. If you like how they sound here Imagine how nice they'll sound in a studio ? T

  • they sound like paiste, should have kept them open more, its a bit hard to tell when they are tight shut

  • @grandeline looking back your right I should have played them open a bit more.

  • I don't get it, they aren't really good sounding :S

  • @Salzcamino To each his own Sal. One thing you gotta keep in mind is the price. Maybe if your comparing to Custom A's or Diril's ice series or Paiste's Sigs ok. But for less than $90 a pair ? I don't think you can do better. Personally I like how they sound forget about the price. I really do use a pair of these there's something about them I just like.--- T

  • just ordered a set last nite. Looking forward to them.

  • Tell me how they sound. I might order a pair, and its a bit hard to judge by this video.

  • let us know how they sound and ur opinion

  • Ive been looking on fleabay for some decent intermediate cymbals that dont cost me a lot. After checking all week on the big 3..I found these today on ebay. They sound great here.....is that LESLIE WEST doing the narrating?? LOL.

  • Though I don't really like the sound, they do look great at the show drumset at the music store I work at.

  • holy shit these sound better than my B8s

  • thats because their B20s

  • Johnny knoxville

    xD hahahaha lol

  • @Rich360CR fuck yeah!! i said that too, hahaha

  • Thanks for these Wuhan Videos, excellent quality videos and great reviews. I'm really considering picking these up after these vids

  • Gnugget, Thanks for the compliments about the Vid's. The Audio "trueness" is as good as the cristal clear video. I use a pair myself and could not be more happier. For less than a hundred bucks there the best HH's on the Market bar none.

  • I agree they are really decent hats

  • For sub $90, these sound really amazing!

Wuhan is starting to step up their game and maybe giving the Big 3 a run for their money. :)
