im glad she expressed her oppion as well, this is America were EVERY citzen has the right to freedom of speech. this healthcare form is just another way to limit our freedoms. how can you add "47" million people and bring cost down? how are you not able to ration care when you will have less doctors entering the practice?? how can a government option compete with a private when public doesnt have to make money?

Maybe you should read the bill before you start pissing about it. So the 47 million people should go without healthcare because you're okay with your job and your limited healthcare plan that your employer picks for you? How much Koolaid does that plan provide for you?

I have informed myself about this legislation and all I read in it relate to the beliefs of his advisors and it is called EUGENICS!!

What are you talking about? There were HMOs before Ted Kennedy was born, and they became part of federal law under President Nixon.

In the 1970's freshman Sen. Ted Kennedy, argued that government pay for everyones health care promoting the idea of a health maintenance organization, a term coined by a left-wing college professor.

President Nixon appeased the left and proposed the HMO Act, which Congress passed in 1973.

Congress cemented HMOs. Add Medicare in 65 priced us all out of individual purchase of health insurance.

Congress in 1942 did not allow individuals to deduct health insurance.

The reason we are here is Congress has created the most restrictive limited health insurance industry with laws dating back to the 1970's when Senator Kennedy created the HMO and the ensuing limits that prevent people from having insurance from pre existing conditions to individually owned insurance.

They created the monster, they want to pretent they will fix it.

Rep Nikki Tsongas used this to lecture and promote the Government's will rather than to get more input from the audience.

She has orders to sell this government take over no matter what. I am sure that she has not read the bill herself and are only paroting the Obama talking points, she repeats herself and is unable to honestly answer the questions posed to her. Remember most of these people are older people who do NOT get out of their comfort zone till they are REALLY ANGRY!

Not read the BILL(s) OMG! These jokers did not write these bills nor could. They are proxies for outside groups. If they wrote them they could read them, maybe.

They vilify business for having complex legal agreements as mechanisms to take advantage of the consumer and try to force them to "simplify" them like auto insurance policy simplified terms and yet they create complicated laws they even do not understand or could. Its been going on for a long long time.

If they really wanted reform they would immediately OUTLAW HMO's and allow ppl to deduct health insurance premiums. But NOOO they do not really want reform they want to take over EVERY aspect of our lives and I am unwilling to allow that to happen!!!
