If you stun Bythos near the extraction tray, you can move the core directly over it without risk of hitting any of the sparks: anything under that tray is totally ignored.

I noticed that the main reason the game does not recognise your sutures in Bythos operations is that you use too little suturing. To compensate for this you have to draw wider zigzags when suturing.

Perhaps the most frustrating part of this mission is the fact that there's a minimum score for an XS - around 12 or 13k. If you're extremely speedy, you might just miss this threshold and get a mere S.

The only one I really notice sutures badly on all the Bythos missions is the one on top when it emerges for the first time. That one is the most frustrating. The others that come with it aren't as bad, but the game makes it really hard to Z-suture like the other lacerations in the game.

ok, i noticed you have the same problem with this level as i do: sometimes lacerations take 213442345634 tries to stich up. its really annoying and i never had that problem on any other level.

(and im happy to see other people know that the word is 2 styli, not 2 styluses haha)

The thing about using two styli is that it makes it easier to reach the far side of the screen (say, to reach a tool for his hot-swapping of laser and syringe). Also, on missions like this, there's a small glitch only usable with the two styli (even though he doesn't use it in the vid), which involves the way the touchscreen detects two points.

It's easier to teleport the core to the tray XD but its more pro to do it with one stylus. And teleporting.. it makes the core actually teleport, not go super fast XD just teleports between the two stylus, and then when you lift the first then it goes to the second stylus. XD nice

It was too difficult to take the core without touching the edge and annoying flying lights! I can only get it when it split at right bottom corner.

lol i tried it a few times, and i died twice when the core was red... i was like omfg i was so close... i use dual stylus too XD i might make some videos one day when i get a camera... well a better one than now. XD

See the contrast between difficulty levels with Bythos - on easy using two styli, I can finish 7-1 in less than 45 seconds (yes, really), I just tried X-5 and got completely owned in less than that. Ouch

I have a strategy I use for this.

Keep lasering him untill he splits, or he makes a hemmorage.

If it hemmorages, cut it, drain it and suture it and continue lasering.

If it splits, fix everything, raise vitals to about 50~70 and extract the core.

I extract it as fast as nick, make a MAD DASH for the tray when you see an opening xD

OMG how in the devil did u get THAT fast?! geez no wonder u don't neeed the healing touch kuz ur hands are.... lets face it supersonic wowzers! even on a styulis i would be slow (i play this on an emulator so these missions are next to impossibleT_T) if there was a doctor wit the HT u would easily outpace him/her wow=)

well it takes practace with the 2 stylus method its easy to get through the x missions except kyraiki and also im a pro with 1 styler but with 2 im a god but not as fast as this guy
