@R6bbie Thank for watching. The wok works good on onion, but as you've already figured out, you need pretty chunky pieces. I even lost one of the asparagus pieces through one of the holes.

Those Craycort folks are pretty crafty. I keep hearing about hanger steaks this week, I'm going to have to ask my butcher if he can get me some. A few years ago a guy down the road from me was raising Bison. I was so cool to drive by there and see all those huge animals just walking around and grazing.
@tdjtx Yeah, there's a ranch that raises Bison about 25 miles away from where I live... Awesome animals.
Hanger steak has some really great flavor. If your butcher can get some, ask if he/she can trim it for you. There is some membrane that needs to be removed.
Well it's 5:30 in the morning here and I could probably devour that beautiful plate of food!! I think if I do some searching I can find an outlet for buffalo in my area. Thanks for another great video!!
Bison is much better than beef! I, however, no longer have access to it! The store I've always bought from no longer sells it, so I need to start calling around.

I found a great butcher locally here in La Verne and they have the other meats like this. My wife already said she won't eat it :)
Maybe I can grill it and surprise her :)
