It tastes very good. Imagine a soft creamy, a hint of sugar, fish egg with no fouling smell. Its very expensive food. 2 uni sushi will cost around 10 dollars.

the thing you eat is kinda like really small fish eggs. Row or whatever it's called in english.

Tastes salty since it's a saltwater creature and it's amazingly smooth but you get that small crunchy pop when you chew it really delicate. Alot cooler and fun to eat than it's good tasting in my oppinion, espeassily if it's served in the shell or house.

@goucv they are unisex. Huh, wait, I just noticed that. UNIsex. Hehe. Anyway, they are neither male nor female, so their gonads are neither testicles nor ovaries. Kinda both, kinda neither.

Nice video, I'm always too lazy to get the whole, plus we only get the dark kind from Maine around here, not as good as the ones from the Pacific.
