"No, your friend must have gone to another store-" I really hate when customers try to pull that kind of crap. Just once I'd like to respond with, "Yes, sir/ma'am, as a matter of fact we've always done this for everyone but we decided that you and you alone will be an exception and will not receive this service. It's not business, it's just personal."
It's like those people that come in and get angry at us because they neglected to read the return policy and proceed to try and do just that, 90 days late and used. :/ I can't help if you're illiterate. I especially love those retail commercials claiming 'hassle free' returns. REALLY? Just who is being hassled here?
Stupid Customers No a Stupid Customers is someone that comes into the same store 3 times a week and kinps asking were the samething is EVERYTIME THERE IN THE STORE.
I've had that before, cept I ddn't get mad. But I definitely wanted to say "NO WE DON'T DO DELIVERIES SO SHUT UP!! WE NEVER HAEC AND WE NEVER WILL!" at a bloody subway. x_X
OMG I can soooo relate to this. I work in the customer service field in a cell phone store. I hate repeating myself over and over again. I do speak very clearly. I know we have to take the abuse too. We need to go to their work and be abusive. LOL
I work at a convenience store/gas station, and about 90% of our customers are stupid jerks. They even have to ask where the restrooms are, and our restrooms consist of a women's and a men's seperately in a huge hallway in a cut-out area visible from the front door. They are all idiots.
yeah i work at walmart on the phone and if i tell you fucking no its no have a nice dayy and i never say my name so i can be rude and they will never know!!
I am 19 and I have worked at three retail jobs during junior year of high school up until college.I once worked at a grocery store and this guy asked me to show him where the gum was, I pointed to the gum that was right next to him, one time when I was working at toysrus a customer yelled at me for not taking her coupon mean while at the very top in very bold print it said that it expired 6 months ago.
I feel ya man.... I'm 18 and work at Starbucks... People abuse me every day and I have to smile back and just take it. "gran-dee match-e-ato" is a common phrase... But the women scream at everything, no matter if they're right or wrong.
its a natural instinct. even though he says they dont hold movies the customer cant ever just say "ok" and back down. Its seems that people never back down easily no mater what the situation, argument or query when on a telephone
Even though this is just an act, Ive dealt with more ridiculous things then that from real customers. This could be a very possible senario. But this is an awesome vid. It made me laugh so hard
Rofl, this is why I left retail and NEVER went back. Now that I look back, no matter what people say about "burning bridges," I wish I had told off every single one of my managers.
I can thank customers like this for getting me on disability for mental health reasons (inability to control my temper). I hate them to this day and would now punch them if I was still at those jobs. (Natural foods co-op customers are the absolute worst. I now despise hippies because of them. I think of dreadlocks as candle wicks now.)
I think there must be a quintessential pool of stupidity (if it were a quantifiable substance) waiting at the front door that every customer unknowingly draws from every time they walk in the door. What's worst is I've seen the same affect retail workers as well! HOWEVER, there are FEW customers as stupid as the ones that shop where I work, because you can play a tune on their head; it's just that empty.
Again Brilliant the mullet and "Look's Who Talking too" Standup poster in the Background are what make this a gem a la "Citizen Kane"! Bravo K Dawg Bravo!
I dislike those customers. They think if they keep going at you, you will give in. I've had a customer who have broken something on purpose. They thought if they kept going on at me, they would get their own way, unfortunatly for them, I was in the right.

Ugh, I hate how preventative measures like this have to be taken yet they still fail.

I have dealt with a lot of stupid customers and I wish I could do that.
There was one stupid lady at a gas station that I had to deal with, I made a comedy routine out of her and performed it at a comedy club.
Too bad the ratings are disabled on here, because this deserves 5* from everyone!
